I help individuals in transitions, including those of school, intimate relationship, marriage, raising children, divorce, partner loss, career changes, and retirement. Transitions may be accompanied with mixed feelings, anxiety, depression which may lead to feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion. Teaming up with my clients, I assist and support them in removing barriers and opening possibilities for a brighter future, placing them fully empowered in the lives they choose to live. By building on their positive changes, no matter the size, clients can sit comfortably in the driver's seat and better direct their future.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, resilience, meditation, and relaxation techniques with a goal of connecting the client to quiet confidence, improved self-esteem, clarity, and forward motion. I integrate change, resilience, hope, mindfulness, and empowerment. I blend psychotherapy with an intuitive and empathetic approach towards personal resolution.
I am open to working with individuals, couples, and children from diverse backgrounds.
